Dual Flow-Rate Sub-Miniature Servovalves: The Moog E024 Series dual Flow-Rate miniature servovalve is a special development of the established standard E024 Series. It has a dual flow-gain hydraulic characteristic, designed to significantly improve resolution and response in critical Motorsport Applications such as: selector drum positioning, clutch control [position/pressure] and throttle control.
Sub-Miniature Servovalves: The Moog High flow E024 series servovalve is a development of the established microvalve that maintains the existing size and weight, but is capable of flows of 7 l/m at a 70 bar pressure drop. This permits the microvalve concept to be used in applications requiring higher power levels, such as gear shifting and clutch actuation.
Rotary Power Steering Custom Valve: Specially designed for motorsports, this valve utilizes two concentric sleeves, connected by a torsion bar in the load path of the steering column. Torque applied by either causes polative displacements of the inner and outer sleeves. This in turn opens flow metering ports to allow high pressure oil to be directed to one side of the assist actuator. Moog can custom design this unit to conform to a detailed customer specification.

E050 Cartridge DDV Proportional Valve: A Motorsport development of the established Moog D633-7 design. This Proportional Direct Drive Valve (DDV) uniquely uses a linear motor to actuate the flow spool. The DDV technology achieves the robust function of a proportional valve with the speed and accuracy of a servovalve. This miniature valve has a flow capability of up to 18 L/min, meeting the requirements of the majority of Motorsport applications. The cartridge design permits compact packaging on applications where multiple valves are required to be mounted in a single manifold. The robust mechanical design is optimized to meet the extreme performance and environmental demands of the Motorsport industry.
High Temperature Valves: Moog offers an option for high temperature coils for the E050 miniature servovalve series. These coils, extend the valve's already impressive environmental capabilities to include operation up to 165 degrees centrigrade. Servovalves incorporating these coils give an even greater margin for safety when operating in demanding environments.

Gearbox Indexing Valve: The Moog 50 Series gearbox indexing valve is now available with an increased flow rate from 4.8 to 10.0 l/m at 70 bar pressure drop. In gear changing terms this can lead to a potential reduction in the gear selection time. The re-set flow is also increased, thus potentially reducing times for multiple down changes.
