Community Involvement

Moog Day of Caring volunteers assist at Bornhava Preschool's Carnival Day. Some help set up for activities like the bean bag toss, rubber ducks, and face painting, while others prepare picnic lunches.

Located in Amherst, NY, Bornhava is an early intervention and preschool program, nurturing and educating children with developmental disabilities and preparing them for a full and productive life through encouragement and support.

Moog acknowledges the importance of giving back to the community. This takes many forms throughout the world.

Some examples include

• Every year, the United Way Campaign is conducted in all US plants to make it easy for employees to make desired donations to a wide variety of community charities
• Many of our employees serve on the boards of non-profit organizations ranging from the arts to education to community initiatives.
• Our engineers participate in educational programs to help students become interested in technical careers.
• Significant technology contributions to not-for-profit organizations and universities.
